16 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Mash yolks and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Add up to 2 more tablespoons sour cream if mixture is too dry. Spoon back into egg whites.
