4 pita breads (not pockets, should be over 1/4 inch thick)
8 ounces softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons (1 small envelope) Italian salad dressing mix
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into thin slices
Slice breads in half horizontally to make 8 breads. Mix together dressing mix and cream cheese. Spread over cut sides of pita breads. Place cucumber slices on top of cheese mixture, pressing down slightly. Cut each pita into 8 wedges.
