11 ounce can refrigerated breadsticks
2.5 ounces thinly sliced ham
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon coarse salt
Dip
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1/3 cup beer
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded cheddar-American cheese blend
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease baking sheet. Unroll dough and separate into breadsticks. Cut each lengthwise in half. Roll each into 9 inch long rope. Cut each ham slice into 4 equal strips. Wrap 2 pieces of ham around each rope in candy cane fashion. Tie each rope into loose knot. Place on prepared sheet, brush with egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake 10-13 minutes till light golden brown on top and golden brown on bottom.
Dip
Beat together first 3 ingredients till smooth. Stir in cheese. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, stirring once, till heated through.
