Mediterranean Cheese Foldovers

Makes: 16

6 ounces crumbled garlic & herb feta cheese
2 ounces shredded Romano cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped black olives
1 egg
1 egg, separated
1 can large flaky layered buttermilk biscuits
1 teaspoon water
2 teaspoons sesame seed

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease baking sheet. Mix together cheese, onion and olives, breaking up large chunks of cheese. Stir in egg and egg white till well combined. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Divide each biscuit evenly into 2 layers. Press each round into 3 1/2 inch round. Spoon 1 rounded tablespoonful filling into center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling and press edges to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet. Beat yolk and water together with fork and brush over foldovers. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake 16-20 minutes till golden brown. Cool 5 minutes and serve warm.
