1 tablespoon egg white (1 egg white)
2 cups pecan halves (or other mixed, unsalted nuts)
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a bowl, beat egg white till foamy. Add pecans and toss till well coated. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes or till browned. Cool on waxed paper.
