1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked turkey
1/3 cup chopped, toasted almonds
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2-1 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Heat oven to 450°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine turkey and almonds. In large saucepan, bring next 7 ingredients to boil. Add flour all at once and stir till smooth ball forms. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each until smooth. Stir in turkey mixture. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes till golden brown. Serve warm.
