3 tablespoons softened butter
3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
12 thin slices French bread
3 tablespoons chopped Greek olives (such as kalamata)
fresh oregano leaves
Heat grill. Mix together butter and cheese. Place bread on grill. Cover and cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes till lightly toasted. Spread cheese mixture over toasted sides of bread. Sprinkle with olives. Place, cheese sides up, back on grill. Cover and cook 3-5 minutes longer till cheese is melted. Garnish with oregano leaves.
Note
In an oven, heat to 400°F and bake 10 minutes till crisp.
