Fresh Mozzarella with Basil
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 14-16

16 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup roasted garlic oil or olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil
OR
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon mixed cracked peppercorns

Cut mozzarella into 1 inch cubes and place in medium bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese and toss gently till well coated.
