12 cup fat free milk
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 cups 1% cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh minced rosemary
OR
1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
Blend or procees milk and powder together till well blended. Add cottage cheese, Parmesan, juice, rosemary, salt and pepper. Process till smooth. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and serve with Parmesan sauce for dipping.
