12 bacon strips, halved
10 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
8 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 minced cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon ginger
Place bacon on broiler rack. Broil 4 inches from heat 1-2 minutes each side till partially cooked. Wrap a piece of bacon around a bundle of a chicken chunk and a water chestnut slice. Secure with toothpick. In large resealable plastic food bag, combine marmalade, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Add chicken and carefully turn to coat. Place in large dish and chill 2 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Broil pieces 3-4 minutes per side till juices run clear and bacon is crisp.
