Sausage Cheese Balls
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 8 1/2 dozen

1 pound pork sausage
3 cups biscuit baking mix
4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 15x10 inch jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line pan with foil and spray foil. Stir all ingredients together till well mixed. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and place in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes till brown. Remove immediately from pan.

Nicole's Note
Did not turn out well. Did not hold together, did not bake in 20-25 minutes. Next time try browning in skillet first, or just cooking all the way in skillet. Or try more biscuit mix, less cheese.
