1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 7x11 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise till smooth. Mix in artichoke hearts, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic and lemon juice. Spread evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove the cover and let the dish bake uncovered for 5 more minutes till the surface is lightly browned.
