Beef & Provolone Wheels
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 dozen

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 minced cloves garlic
2 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
6 slices provolone cheese

Mix mayonnaise and garlic together. Spread evenly over tortillas. Top with layers of spinach, beef and cheese. Roll up tightly. Cut each roll into 12 pieces and secure with toothpicks. Chill till serving.
Nicole's Note
Very tasty. They don't roll very tightly. Maybe let the cheese come to room temperature before assembling. I bought it sliced from the deli and it was kind of thick to roll. Also, since I had some who aren't wild about garlic, I used 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder instead of the minced cloves.
