Artichoke & Jack Dip

1/3 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
4-5 drops hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Beat mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce together. Stir in cheese and artichoke hearts by hand. Spread artichoke mixture into ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes till heated through. Serve with pita chips.
