Black Olive Tapenade
Prep Time:
Makes: 1 1/2 cups

6 ounces pitted black olives, drained
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Place all ingredients except cheese in food processor or blender. Process till smooth. Stir in crumbled cheese, breaking up large chunks. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, slices of toasted bread, etc.
