Lasagne Pockets

1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon onion salt
OR
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can refrigerated large buttermilk biscuits
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon basil

Heat oven to 400°F. Brown beef with onion salt and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic powder, seasoning and pepper. Cool while preparing biscuits and cheese mixture. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit to 4 inch circle. Combine mozzarella, cottage cheese, parsley and basil. Place 1 tablespoon of each mixture in center of each circle. Fold dough in half over filling and press edges with fork to seal. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes till golden brown.
