2 cups biscuit mix Heat oven to 450°F. Grease 9x13 inch baking pan. Combine biscuit mix, basil and water till just moist. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead 5 times. Roll into 12x9 inch rectangle. Combine beef and gravy and spoon over dough. Roll up jelly roll style, starting on long side. Cut into 1/2 inch slices and place cut sides down on prepared baking pan. Bake 14-16 minutes till golden brown. Serve with warm gravy. |
