Bacon Cheeseburger Rice

Serves: 4-6

1 pound ground beef
1 3/4 cups water
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups uncooked instant rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Brown ground beef in large saucepan till no longer pink, drain. Add water, barbecue sauce, mustard, onion and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon.
