1/2 cup balsamic vinegar Mix all ingredients except beef together in resealable plastic bag. Add beef, turn to coat. Seal bag. Chill 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Prepare grill for medium heat. Remove beef from marinade and reserve marinade. Grill beef covered for 12-18 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade once or twice, till meat reaches desired doneness. Discard any remaining marinade. Cut beef across grain into slices to serve. |
