Balsamic & Roasted Garlic Marinated Steak

Serves: 6

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons chopped roasted garlic
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 1/2 pound beef boneless top round steak, 1-1 1/2 inches thick

Mix all ingredients except beef together in resealable plastic bag. Add beef, turn to coat. Seal bag. Chill 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Prepare grill for medium heat. Remove beef from marinade and reserve marinade. Grill beef covered for 12-18 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade once or twice, till meat reaches desired doneness. Discard any remaining marinade. Cut beef across grain into slices to serve.
