Biscuit Taco Casserole
Prep Time: 40 minutes
Serves: 8

16 ounce jar taco sauce
12 ounce can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2.25 ounces sliced black olives, drained
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup frozen corn

Heat oven to 400F. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread taco sauce evenly in bottom of prepared pan. Separate dough into biscuits. Cut each into quarters and place pieces in taco sauce, turning to coat. Sprinkle half of cheeses and all of olives over biscuit layer and stir gently to mix. Bake 15-18 minutes till bubbly. While that is cooking, brown ground beef in skillet and drain well. Stir in corn. Remove dish from oven. Sprinkle remaining cheese over and then top evenly with ground beef mixture. Bake 5-7 minutes longer till mixture bubbles around edges.
