1 pound ground beef
8 ounces taco sauce
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8.5 ounce package corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk

Heat oven to 400F. Brown beef in medium oven-proof skillet and drain well. Add taco sauce and corn and sprinkle with cheese. Combine muffin mix, egg and milk till smooth. Spread over meat mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes till golden brown.
