1 pound ground beef Brown beef and drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Heat till thickened, stirring often. Place mixture evenly on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Fold burritos and secure ends with wooden toothpicks. Heat 1 inch of oil in medium skillet for 3-4 minutes over high heat. Place 1 or 2 burritos at a time in hot oil. Fry, turning frequently, for 1-2 minutes till golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon and drain. Repeat with all burritos. Remove picks and serve with salsa and sour cream. |
