Barbecue Beef & Bean Casserole

Serves: 6

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 chopped slices bacon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
16 ounce can baked beans
14.5 ounce can yellow wax beans, drained
8 ounce can green beans, drained
1 cup crushed corn chips
1 cup shredded American cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Combine beef, bacon and onion in skillet. Brown beef and drain off fat. Stir all remaining ingredients except for chips and cheese together. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Bake 50-60 minutes till heated through and bubbly around edges. Sprinkle with chips and cheese and bake 5-6 minutes till cheese is melted.
