Mexican Bubble Pizza

1 pound lean ground beef
1.25 ounce package taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
10.75 ounce can condensed tomato soup
12 ounce can refrigerated biscuits
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef and drain.Add taco seasoning mix, water and tomato soup, and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Separate dough from biscuits into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add to ground beef mixture. Stir gently. Spoon mixture into ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 18-23 minutes till sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven. Bake till cheese is bubbly.
