Olive Pinwheel Bread

Makes: 1 loaf (10 slices)

10 ounce tube refrigerated pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh minced rosemary
OR
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
1 lightly beaten egg yolk

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease baking sheet. Unroll pizza dough and place on lightly floured surface. Brush with oil and sprinkle with rosemary and olives. Roll up jelly roll style, starting on short side. Pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under. Place seam side down on prepared sheet. Brush with egg yolk. Bake 20-25 minutes till golden brown. Cool before cutting.
