Microwave Caramel Pecan Rolls

Topping
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Rolls
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
10.2 ounce can refrigerated large buttermilk biscuits

Topping
Place butter in 9 inch microwave safe pan. Microwave till melted. Add all remaining topping ingredients except pecans and mix well. Microwave on High 1 minute and stir. Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
Rolls
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in one bowl, melt butter in another. Dip biscuits in melted butter to coat all sides then in sugar mixture, coating well. Arrange in circle over topping in pan, leaving center open. Microwave on High 4-6 minutes till centers of biscuits are no longer doughy. Cool in pan 30 seconds before inverting onto serving plate. Remove pan and serve warm.
