Dried Cherry Tapenade Biscuits
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 1 dozen

26 ounce package frozen biscuits
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
6 ounces dried cranberries
6 ounces dried cherries
2/3 cup maple syrup

Heat oven to 375°F. Place biscuits on large baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Process thyme, berries, cherries and syrup together till a coarse paste forms. Split warm biscuits in half horizontally with fork. Spread 1-2 tablespoons cherry mixture on half of each biscuit. Replace tops. Brush with additional maple syrup. Bake 5 minutes longer and serve warm.
