1/2 pound bulk pork sausage Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 12 muffin cups. Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs. Add onion, pepper, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. stir in sausage and cheese. Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into prepared muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes till knife inserted in centers comes out clean. |
