1/3 cup Splenda granulated Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Blend together Splenda, egg product, milk and extracts. Tear bread into 3x2 inch pieces. Toss bread and apples with egg mixture till coated. Pour into prepared pan. Cut cream cheese into 8 chunks and place on top of mixture. Blend Splenda and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top. Cover and chill overnight. Bake 40-50 minutes till lightly browned and set. |
