French Toast Strata (Splenda)

Serves: 8

1/3 cup Splenda granulated
1 cup egg product
2/3 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon maple extract
8 slices cinnamon raisin bread
2 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced thinly
1/4 cup low fat cream cheese
1 tablespoon Splenda granulated
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Blend together Splenda, egg product, milk and extracts. Tear bread into 3x2 inch pieces. Toss bread and apples with egg mixture till coated. Pour into prepared pan. Cut cream cheese into 8 chunks and place on top of mixture. Blend Splenda and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top. Cover and chill overnight. Bake 40-50 minutes till lightly browned and set.
