2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
16 creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons sugar

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 9x13 inch baking pan. Beat together all ingredients except for last 3. Stir chopped cookies into batter and pour into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 minutes till cake springs back when lightly touched in center. Cool completely in pan on rack. Beat together cream and sugar till stiff peaks form. Spread on cake. Garnish with additional cookies, if desired. Store in refrigerator.
