Cake
1 1/3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup instant potato flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups lukewarm water
1/3 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1 egg white
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Frosting
4 ounces softened light cream cheese
1/2 cup marshmallow cream
Garnish
10 chocolate kiss candy
20 whole almonds
10 candy buttons
Cake
Heat oven to 325°F. Spray 9 inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Beat on till blended. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes till toothpick inserted near center comes out with a few crumbs. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Invert onto rack and remove pan to cool completely.
Frosting
Stir cream cheese till smooth. Fold in marshmallow cream. Spread on top of cake.
Garnish
Place kisses on their sides, pointy parts toward center of cake, evenly spaced, around outside edge of cake. Place 2 almonds, pointy ends up, on either side of the pointy part of a kiss to make bunny ears. Using a tiny bit of frosting, attach candy buttons to centers of kiss bottoms to make a nose.
