1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
4 teaspoons honey
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon baking soda

Lightly grease an 8 1/2x12 sheet pan with vegetable oil; set aside. Combine sugar, corn syrup, honey and water in a deep medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook till temperature reaches 300°F, about 10 minutes. Remove pan from heat, add baking soda, vigorously whisk for 5 seconds, then immediately pour into prepared pan. Set aside to cool, then break into pieces.
