2 cups coarsely crushed corn chips
16 ounces refried beans
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cooked turkey
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease shallow 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Place corn chips in prepared dish. Heat beans through. Stir in cheese and salsa. Spread over chips. Toss turkey with seasoning and sprinkle over bean mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes till cheese is melted.
