Chicken Tea Sandwiches

Makes: 2 dozen

1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons finely chopped water chestnuts
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons sour cream
2 dozen 2 inch pumpernickel bread rounds

Combine all ingredients, using as much sour cream as needed to make desired consistency. Spread each bread round with about 1 tablespoon chicken mixture.
