Chocolate Meltaways

3/4 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
2 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate
2 cups cake flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
5 teaspoon hot cocoa beverage mix

Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat egg till thick and beat into creamed mixture. Mix milk into chocolate and add to creamed mixture. Gradually add flour and salt. Turn out onto waxed paper. Shape into rectangle with spatula. Cover and freeze firm. Heat oven to 375°F. Cut into 4 portions. Work with one portion at a time, leaving the remaining portions in the freezer. Shape each portion into 18 balls. Roll balls in nuts mixed with cocoa mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes.
