1/4 cup butter
3 cups miniature marshmallows
OR
30 large marshmallows
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows. Cook, stirring constantly, till melted. Remove from heat. Add corn syrup and stir till well blended. Add peanut butter and chips and stir till chips are melted and mixture is well mixed. Add cereal and stir till evenly coated. Cool slightly. With wet hands, shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on prepared sheet. Cool completely.
