3/4 cup butter
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
7 ounces marshmallow creme
Melt butter and chocolate together, stirring till smooth. Cool slightly. Combine sugar, eggs and vanilla, beating till fluffy. Beat in chocolate mixture. Combine dry ingredients and add gradually to sugar mixture. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place 3 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes till edges are dry. Cool on pans 2 minutes before removing to rack to cool completely. Spread 2 teaspoons marshmallow creme on flat sides of half the cookies. Top with other cookies, flat sides to flat sides to make sandwiches.
