8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained, 3 teaspoons juice reserved
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8 or 9 inch square pan. Mix together flour, butter and powdered sugar till flour is moistened. Press into prepared pan and bake 10 minutes. Beat eggs with whisk till blended. Stir in pineapple and remaining ingredients. Spread over partially baked crust. Bake 25-30 minutes till golden brown. Cool completely. |
