Macadamia Pina Colada Bars

Makes: 2 dozen

8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained, 3 teaspoons juice reserved
1 cup flour
1/2 cup softened butter
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
reserved pineapple juice

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8 or 9 inch square pan. Mix together flour, butter and powdered sugar till flour is moistened. Press into prepared pan and bake 10 minutes. Beat eggs with whisk till blended. Stir in pineapple and remaining ingredients. Spread over partially baked crust. Bake 25-30 minutes till golden brown. Cool completely.
Glaze
Mix all together till thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over bars and cut cookies.
