Double Chocolate Cream Bars

Makes: 2 dozen

1 package (18.25 ounce) chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
Filling
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
6 ounces chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Combine cake mix, butter and egg till crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture. Press remaining into prepared pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Filling
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and egg together till smooth. Add coconut and chips. Spread over crust. Add nuts to reserved cake mixture and sprinkle over filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
