Touchdown Turnovers

2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
15 milk chocolate football candies, unwrapped
OR
milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon shortening

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Stir together biscuit mix and coconut. Add milk and stir with fork just till moistened and soft dough forms. Turn out onto surface lightly dusted with biscuit baking mix. Knead gently 10 strokes just till dough holds together. Pat or roll dough into 9x15 inch rectangle. Cut into 3x3 inch squares. Combine coconut and milk. Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls onto centers of squares. Top with chocolate football. Fold dough in half to form triangle. Place on prepared baking sheet. Press edges with fork to seal. Brush with melted butter. Bake 15-20 minutes till golden brown. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Melt chocolate and shortening together, stirring till smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate over cooled turnovers.
