Frozen Chocolate Mousse

Serves: 6-8

6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Melt chips, stirring till smooth. Add milk and vanilla. Cool to room temperature or chill 20-30 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon portions into individual serving dishes and freeze 2 hours till firm.
