Chocolate Orange Mousse Cups
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoons shortening
4 ounce package prebaked large filo pastry shell cups
Mousse
1 1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, or chopped chocolate
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
8 ounces low fat frozen whipped topping, thawed

Melt chips and shortening together, stirring till smooth. Tilt bowl slightly and dip top edge of filo cup into chocolate. Turn right side up and shake slightly to encourage dripping down the inside of the cup. Repeat with all cups. There will be leftover chocolate. Set cups on serving plate till chocolate is firm. Remaining chocolate can be piped into shapes on waxed paper to make garnishes for the cups.
Mousse
Melt chocolate, milk and liqueur together, stirring till smooth. Cool 15 minutes at room temperature and stir in peel. Fold whipped topping into cooled mixture. Gently spoon mousse into pastry bag fitted with large star tip. Pipe mousse into each cup just till it reaches the top, swirling decoratively. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Garnish with chocolate shapes.
