3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
2 teaspoons butter
8 ounces fresh cranberries or frozen, thawed
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
dash nutmeg
3 tablespoons milk
Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 1 quart casserole dish or 8 inch baking pan. In medium saucepan, mix together sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water, marmalade and juice. Cook and stir over medium-low heat till thickened and bubbly. Stir in butter and cranberries. Pour into prepared dish. Mix together baking mix, nutmeg and milk. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cranberry mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes till golden brown.
