2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
8 ounces softened cream cheese
2 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 package (6 serving size) strawberry gelatin
10 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed
2 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
Heat oven to 400°F. Mix together crushed pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes. Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled pretzel crust. Mix gelatin with boiling water, stirring till dissolved, then add strawberries. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate till firm.
