Chicken & Wild Rice Salad

1 cup cooked, cooled wild rice
2 cups cooked, cooled chicken, diced
1 1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes
1 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup chopped cashews, optional

Toss all ingredients except cashews together gently with fork. Cover and chill. Just before serving toss in cashews.
