Picnic Chicken Salad

2 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
2 cups reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 pound uncooked spiral pasta
1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained

Heat broiler. Line 15x10 inch baking pan with foil. Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks. Place in prepared pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 12 minutes. Turn and broil 10-12 minutes longer till juices run clear. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, drain, rinse with cold water and cool. Combine next 5 ingredients. Combine cooled chicken, sauce, pasta, grapes and almonds. Mix well. Add oranges and mix gently. Cover and chill till serving.
