Cranberry Cherry Salad

Serves: 8-10

14.5 ounces canned pitted tart red cherries
1 package (4 serving size) cherry gelatin
8 ounces jellied cranberry sauce
1 package (4 serving size) lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3 ounces softened cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Drain cherries and reserve juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup. Bring to boil in saucepan. Add cherry gelatin and stir till dissolved. Whisk in cranberry sauce till smooth. Add cherries. Pour into 11x7 inch dish. Chill till firm. Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together till smooth. Gradually beat in lemon gelatin till smooth. Stir in pineapple. Chill till almost set. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Spoon over cherry layer and chill till firm.
