2 cups Hershey's Special Dark chocolate chips or other 62% or over chocolate
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir together chips and cream in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High 1 minute and stir. If necessary, microwave on High an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, till chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or other desserts. Store in refrigerator.
