2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
dash black pepper
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons water
Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan. Stir in milk and water till smooth. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook and stir 1 minute till thickened and bubbly. Serve over hot cooked vegetables.
