2 tablespoons roasted garlic
15 ounces chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup fresh parsley sprigs
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Cover and process till smooth. Serve with pita bread and fresh vegetables.
